Concrete Restoration
Since 1977 we’ve built our ZandertightTM reputation on thousands of satisfied residential and commercial customers in southern Wisconsin, by delivering healthier home and work environments.
Concrete issues:
It’s estimated that nearly 66% of all poured foundations will crack within the first year of being poured. Pressure can cause your foundation walls to crack and bow inward, or unstable soil conditions lead to your home’s foundation to settle further into the ground. These cracks can be difficult to see but will only get worse as time passes and should be repaired.
In addition, since concrete is porous, small air pockets can soak up moisture and create damage from water intrusion, health risks from radon and even affect structural integrity. Left unchecked these issues can cause more serious problems, costly repairs, or reduce the value of your building.
Concrete repair:
Concrete repair replaces or restores defective, damaged or deteriorating concrete, restoring structural integrity and protecting underlying concrete from further damage.
Zander Solutions has the expertise in using a variety of specialized techniques and high quality materials to make your concrete look and act like new. For instance our low pressure crack injection system can be the ideal process and does a permanent job of filling cracks from .002” to 1” wide. This process involves working from inside the structure with compounds that are expandible up to 30% of their original width.
However at Zander Solutions, structural concrete repair still begins with an outdoor inspection to ensure a safe and water controlled environment before inside work is started.
